Your financial data stays on your device

Ledgerly is a personal budgeting tool that runs entirely in your browser. Every transaction, income source, recurring expense, budget, and savings goal you enter is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not operate a server that receives, stores, or processes your financial entries, and we have no access to them.

Because your data never leaves your device, clearing your browser storage will permanently delete it. Use the CSV export on the Transactions page if you want a backup.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can delete all of your data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website. You can also block cookies through your browser settings, though some advertising features may not work as intended.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
